1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of websites, apps, and services operated by DevsApp ("DevsApp", "we", "our") at devsapp.app. By using our apps or this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2. License to use the apps
DevsApp grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use our apps on devices you own or control, subject to the App Store or platform terms applicable to your purchase or download. The apps are licensed, not sold.
You may not:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any DevsApp app, except where law expressly permits.
- Sell, sublicense, lease, or distribute copies of the apps.
- Use the apps to violate any law or third-party right.
- Circumvent any security or licensing mechanism.
3. Purchases & refunds
iOS and iPadOS apps are distributed by Apple via the App Store; purchases (where applicable) are governed by Apple's terms. macOS apps are sold through our merchant of record, Paddle. See the refund policy for return terms.
4. Intellectual property
All content on this website and within DevsApp apps — including code, copy, branding, icons, and visual design — is owned by DevsApp or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. The DevsApp name and logo are trademarks; you may not use them without prior written permission.
5. User content
Some apps may let you create or store content (notes, photos, exports). That content is yours. We do not claim ownership and do not access it. Where the app is offline-first, that content remains on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.
6. Disclaimers
The apps and website are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Use is at your own risk.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DevsApp will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the apps or this website. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to DevsApp for the relevant app in the 12 months prior to the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to a service at any time if you breach these Terms or use the services in a way that puts users or systems at risk. You may stop using the apps at any time by uninstalling them.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the apps after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where DevsApp is operated, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts having jurisdiction over that location.
