iOS & iPadOS apps
All iOS and iPadOS apps are free on the App Store, so refunds don't apply.
If an iOS app contains an in-app purchase (clearly marked on its detail page) and you'd like a refund, please request it directly through Apple — Apple is the seller of record for App Store transactions:
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with the Apple ID used for the purchase
- Find the transaction and click Report a Problem
- Choose Request a refund
Apple typically responds within 24–72 hours. We have no control over Apple's refund decisions, but we're happy to advocate on your behalf — email info@devsapp.app with your order confirmation and the reason.
macOS apps (Paddle purchases)
Mac apps purchased through our merchant of record, Paddle, are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If the app doesn't fit your workflow or doesn't run correctly on your Mac, request a full refund within 30 days of purchase — no questions, no friction.
How to request a refund
- Email info@devsapp.app with the email address used for the purchase and your Paddle order ID (it's on your receipt).
- We'll confirm the request and submit it to Paddle within 1 business day.
- Paddle issues the refund to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
You can also request refunds directly through Paddle by replying to your purchase receipt or contacting paddle.net.
What's not refundable
- Purchases older than 30 days (case-by-case at our discretion for technical issues that we can't resolve).
- Bundle discounts already used for partial activations beyond 30 days.
- Charges from third parties (Apple App Store IAPs — handled by Apple under their terms).
License after refund
When a refund is processed for a Mac app, the associated license key is deactivated. Please uninstall the app from any Macs where it was activated. Continued use after a refund may result in license enforcement.
EU / UK consumers
Where the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) or UK Consumer Contracts Regulations apply, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. By starting to download and use a digital product, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the download begins. Our 30-day refund offer is more generous than the statutory minimum and applies regardless.
